49th Annual Society for Caribbean Studies Conference 2026<\/h1>\n

This year’s annual conference will take place online<\/b>, 1-4 July, 2026, from 12:00-18:00 BST<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Conference Packs, including Zoom links, will be sent out to all registered delegates the week prior to the conference. Please note, registration is\u00a0not\u00a0<\/b>complete until final payment has been received.<\/div>\n

Conference Registration Fees<\/b><\/h2>\n

Registration is considered complete once payment of the appropriate conferences fees has been made.<\/p>\n

The deadline for payment for presenting delegates is\u00a0Friday 29th May 2026<\/b>.<\/div>\n

Non-presenting delegates should register as soon as possible, and by\u00a0Friday 19th June 2026<\/b>\u00a0at the latest.<\/div>\n

Full conference fee is \u00a340 or for concessions \u00a320<\/p>\n

(concession rates apply to students or those without institutional support)<\/b><\/p>\n

All delegates should be Society members.\u00a0Membership\u00a0<\/a>is \u00a320.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Payment can either be made via PayPal at the end of this form, by via online bank transfer, or by cheque\/ International Money Order.
